I don't know what happened to me for the past few days. I've been feeling weird lately. First, I think I have enough sleep but still I am so sleepy especially during my working hours and I ate twice as much as I used too before; I kept on getting hungry all the time. I'll be feeling hungry constantly and the urgency is too much that I need to eat.
And also, I was feeling tired all the time. I try to drink water as much as possible and try not to stress myself, but these three matters were and are interfering with my daily life. What happened to me?
